Bea Vo brings her much loved Louisiana-style Crawfish Boil to her new home, Stax Carnaby, for a four day pop up from the 7th to 10th June, before the official opening of the American diner. Be warned: this all-you-can-eat crawfish feast will be messy as mountains of spiced crawfish, potatoes, sweetcorn, beef sausage, and garlic bread are served along with cocktail sauce, comeback sauce and Bea's special cajun butter sauce for dipping. There will be no plates and no cutlery; just lots of butcher paper, finger licking, and wedges of lemon. Dessert will be paletas (ice lollies) of different flavours or brownies, best washed down with ice cold beer. Other drinks options include Stax Carnaby's raspberry lemonade and margaritas. Drinks are not included in the price.

About Stax Carnaby

Bea Vo (formerly of celebrated cupcake shop Bea's of Bloomsbury) has been running a successful weekend diner at Maltby Street and from summer 2014 that concept becomes a permanent restaurant, Stax, located on the first floor of Carnaby's Kingly Court. The all day diner takes its name from Memphis based 1960s record label Stax Records and offers all the things that were a hit at Bea's Diner - starting with a breakfast menu that includes buttermilk pancakes, custardy French toasts, homemade granola, bagels and poached eggs on muffin with hollandaise.
