In light of the latest Companies Act and its new requirements, The Company Secretary is a popular one-day seminar that has been designed to make you familiar and confident with the many requirements of company and ancillary legislation. The course is practical. It's what about needs to be done rather than the theory behind it. Held at the Strand Palace Hotel, it's an essential guide to the new legal landscape that's as much for the enduring company secretary as it is for the director in need of an update and those who are new to the role, who need to understand their obligations as a matter of urgency. Presented in a clear and concise manner by David Manner who's had previous experience as a director and company secretary at a top 250 plc, attendees will also be given a comprehensive set of notes, so you can keep referring back long after you've left the venue.
