The Giant SleepoverThe Giant Sleepover is a chance for kids to have a nocturnal adventure, sleeping out of their own beds and making new friends while raising money for charity. Last year's event made a Guinness World Record with 35,000 people taking part worldwide and this year they hope to beat it. Taking place at a variety of places across the globe, there are special sleepovers at the London Aquarium and Alton Towers. During the sleepovers children get the chance to take part in a number of activities including cookery, sports, crafts and story-telling. They will also share a midnight feast, join a treasure hunt and link up around the world for a simultaneous tooth brushing session. Children aged between five and 16 are welcome to take part and doing so is not only fun but will also help raise funds for children's and local charities.

About Sea Life London Aquarium

The Sea Life London Aquarium features hundreds of varieties of fish and sea life from around the world. Here you'll come face-to-face with sharks and watch divers feeding gigantic conger eels. Seahorses, rays, starfish and piranhas are also on show and the interactive displays include a supervised touch pool, while petting the friendly rays is positively de rigeur.
