The Lawyer Workplace & Diversity Awards

Formerly known as The Lawyer HR Awards, The Lawyer Workplace and Diversity Awards are brought to you by the team behind The Lawyer website and magazine - and with the change of name comes a change in direction. Now encompassing a broader spectrum of individuals who are involved in employee engagement, from the overarching managing partner to the people who make up the team, the awards are split into a number of separate categories including diversity, recruitment and training. With entries welcome from both the private and public sector, it's the only event to investigate and celebrate organisational culture in the legal sector. Those deemed worthy of an award, through expressing outstanding leadership, employee engagement and core values can win titles such as 'Best Graduate Trainee Recruitment Programme' or 'Most Effective Internal Communication.' And those working in HR need not feel left out as there is also the 'HR Director of the Year' and 'HR Team of the Year' up for grabs.
