The NATYS Comedy Showcase and Awards FinalTwelve new acts are given five minutes to work their magic in the annual final to crown comedy's New Act of The Year. Now in its 32nd year, this comedy showcase and awards event comes to the Bloomsbury Theatre for the third time and promises a variety of performers - from stand-up to sketch shows, singers to surrealist and spoofs. Previous finalists include the likes of Russell Brand, Harry Hill, Ed Byrne, Lee Mack, Tim Vine, Micky Flannagan, Jack Whitehall, Simon Amstel and Rhod Gilbert. Auditions and heats are held between October and December 2014 at the Rich Mix Arts Centre in Bethnal Green ahead of the showcase and awards final at the Bloomsbury Theatre on Sunday 25th January 2015.

About Bloomsbury Theatre

Owned and part-funded by University College London, the Bloomsbury was completed in 1968 on the site of a bomb-damaged church. The years have not been kind to this style of architecture and its plate glass and dark brick front now looks drab and un-theatrical. More about Bloomsbury Theatre
