The Paper ArchitectThe Paper Architect tells the tale of a lonely man who longs for a life he never led. Created by Davy & Kristin McGuire, the winners of this year's Oxford Samuel Beckett Theatre Trust, this cross-genre craft and video projection bonanza brings to life the wistful desires of the lonely man. Secluded in his workshop, he builds intricate paper models that become vessels for his eccentric dreams and melancholic memories. The Paper Architect takes part on the corner of Leytonstone Library in east London. It is is part of the Beyond Barbican season - an exciting programme of events taking place outside the walls of the famous arts centre that includes pop-ups, commissions and collaborations across east London. About Leytonstone Library

More than just a library, the Leytonstone Library in Waltham Forest offers keep fit sessions every Monday, a Wednesday film club and GCSE preperation on Saturdays. Open seven days a week, there is a seperate children's library and a teenage/homework centre, both with their own dedicated computers, wireless internet access, an ICT suite and a selection of newspapers, magazines and journals.
