New works by two young artists, Adeline de Monseignat and Dutch artist Berndnaut Smidle, The Uncanny draws on each artist's relationship with their materials and the ways in which they create a sense of unease for the viewer. Curated by James Putnam who has curated contemporary projects for the British Museum.

About Ronchini Gallery

Having successfully established the Ronchini Gallery in Umbria, Italy, in 1992, gallery founder Lorenzo Ronchini expanded to open a second space in Mayfair, London, in February 2012. Dedicated to contemporary art, the Ronchini Gallery hosts exhibitions exploring pioneering movements within Italy including minimalism, spatialism, conceptualism and Arte Povera, evolved from 20 years of private collecting.
