AEGON Masters Tennis 2009The highlight of the seniors' tennis circuit is definitely this Masters Tennis event at the Royal Albert Hall, which John McEnroe once described as "our Wimbledon". To play in the tournament players must, at one time, have been the world Number One, a Grand Slam finalist or a player on a winning Davis Cup side - so that means top quality. This year the line-up includes Aussies Pat Rafter and Mark "Scud" Philippoussis, louche Croatian Goran Ivanisevic, ice-cool Swede Stefan Edberg and our very own Greg Rusedski. These guys might have lost a few mph in speed and stamina over the years but they retain all the guile, poise and determination that made them champions in the first place. The doubles tournament is more relaxed but makes for compelling viewing, with wonderful displays (not to mention requisite banter) from the likes of Henri Leconte, Mansour Bahrami, Pat Cash and a host of other ace names. Every session includes a competitive singles and an entertaining doubles match - so you're guaranteed high standards and a barrel of laughs in an exceptional venue. Of course, there's not so much at stake as on the main tour, but the old rivalries between players still stand strong, making this a smashing event to attend. See www.aegonmasterstennis.com for more details.
Competition
LondonTown.com has teamed up with AEGON to offer you a pair of tickets with a champagne reception to the Masters Tennis 2009 for the afternoon session on Tuesday 1st December. For your chance to win, please answer the following question:

Which player will make his debut at the 2009 event at the Royal Albert Hall?
1.    Pat Rafter
2.    Stefan Edberg
3.    Greg Rusedski

Send your answers to competitions@londontown.com with "Tennis" in the subject line by midday on Wednesday 25th November. First out of the hat wins.
