There is nothing quite like a great night of comedy and, if you've never tried it before, you'll find it hard to beat 'The Cutting Edge'. A gang of comedians get up on stage and try to make jokes about recent events, as suggested by the audience. It's damn hard, I'm sure, but this crew pulls it off with the greatest of ease. With improv there's always the risk that it just won't be funny, and it's true to say that a couple of jokes fell flat, but the gang structures the show with some set pieces, which keep the audience on-side if the improv section does prove difficult. They really do like to get the audience involved so expect a lot of banter, especially if you sit at the front. I can honestly say, I have rarely had so much fun at any comedy venue. Get on down and enjoy some belly-laughs.
