From gold chains to signet rings, male 'bling' and their wearers are represented in Tomfoolery, a black and white photography display at the Museum of London, as part of the museum's jewellery season (the centrepiece for which is The Cheapside Hoard: London's Lost Jewels). The Cheapside Hoard exhibition includes portraits showing that it's not just women that have had a long-standing relationship with jewellery but that men have been wearing jewellery for centuries too. Tomfoolery features men continuing this tradition today, with commissioned work by acclaimed portrait photographer Ross Trevail capturing different male subjects, all of whom express their style in jewellery in different ways.
