The VLV (Voice of the Listener and Viewer) hosts its annual Conference and AGM at the Royal Geographical Society this November. Representing citizen and consumer interests within the broadcasting industry, the VLV has been described as 'the most important champion of television and radio consumers by consistently pressing for the retention and extension of high quality public service broadcasting'. The keynote speaker at the conference will be Lord Patten of Barnes CH, the Chairman of the BBC Trust.
