The Eurostar may have moved out of the area but that hasn't put a dampener on organisers of the Waterloo Carnival who promise "the biggest, most creative celebration yet". Now in its fifth year, the theme of the Friday carnival is Yellow Brick Road - tying in with the Wizard of Oz playing at the South Bank later in the month. You can follow the lion, tin man and Dorothy, taking part in the procession down Lower Marsh, along Westminster Bridge Road and Baylis Road, with a finale performance on Millennium Green.
