Six top London chefs will take part in a celebration of Welsh Lamb at The Butcher in Leadenhall Market on six consecutive Wednesdays this autumn, offering a range of exotic dishes inspired by cuisines of the world. Chefs from some of London's most popular restaurants - including Galvin at Windows, Arbutus and L'Anima - will cook some delicious Welsh Lamb dishes for the public to sample free of charge, with full lunch portions available for purchase. Straight from farmers' gates to City workers' plates, these dishes will use British, Indian, Italian, French, Mediterranean and Moroccan themed ingredients to demonstrate the versatility of Welsh Lamb. With each chef on hand over lunchtime to offer tips on recreating their recipes at home, this should prove a welcome addition to Leadenhall's vibrant lunchtime food scene.About Butcher at Leadenhall
