WigWamBam: The Eastern LightsMaking the most of the rooftop all year round, the Queen of Hoxton's WigWamBam makes a welcome return this winter, and this time it's been given a Nordic twist. Inspired by the Nordic Polar Regions and the elusive Northern Lights, the wigwam will present east London's own take on Mother Nature's theatrics - The Eastern Lights. Once on the rooftop, visitors will be able to marvel at a beautiful display of visuals projected onto the exterior and interior of the wigwam. Inside the wigwam guests will find a warming den of deer hide covered seating, candlelit lanterns and indigenous wall hangings. Plus, a roaring open grill which serves a daily rotating menu of polar region inspired delights such as wild boar sausages, smoked buffalo burgers and a chestnut and herb stuffed leg of lamb. Warming tipples include mulled cider, hot buttered bum and cheeky chocolate monkey. Outside meanwhile, a selection of fire pits await, longing for you to toast marshmallows over their dancing flames. The rooftop will also be hosting an array of workshops and events throughout the winter, so keep an eye on the dedicated Facebook page for these listings.
