Italian singing sensation Zucchero performs his greatest hits along with tracks from his latest album, La Sesión Cubana, which was recorded in Havana and features collaborations with some of Cuba's most important musicians. Once described by Ray Charles (no less) as "probably one of the best blues musicians I've ever worked with", Zucchero burst onto the international scene with his 1887 album Blue's, which became the highest-selling album in Italian history and featured the original version of his hit Senza Una Donna (later recorded as a duet with Paul Young). Blending gospel, blues and rock, Zucchero jumps from boogies to ballads, rubbing shoulders with world famous artists such as Eric Clapton, Elton John, Sting and Pavarotti.
