This delightful step-back-in-time shop specialise in vintage fashions and resident experts David Wightman and June Victor can spot a genuine 1950's scalloped edged, taffeta ballet length designer evening dress at a hundred paces. Over 100 years of vintage fashion are lined up at this velvet-lined boudoir in Mayfair making it a first port of call for all vintage lovers and for those making period dramas; 'Mrs Henderson Presents', 'Memoirs of Geisha' and 'Ladies in Lavender' have borrowed from these wardrobes. The expert advice is to look out for interesting styles and cuts - and remember sizes are often inaccurate so it's best to try them on.
