The Livesey Museum runs a changing programme of lively, unusual, interactive exhibitions for children up to the age of 12, their parents, carers and schools. Past exhibitions have been on Light, Robots, Art, Words and Numbers. Workshops and events are run during school holidays, exploring themes of the exhibitions.
THE LIVESEY MUSEUM FOR CHILDREN WAS CLOSED DOWN BY SOUTHWARK COUNCIL IN 2008. MEANWHILE FRIENDS OF THE LIVESEY ARE STILL TRYING TO SECURE A FUTURE FOR THE MUSEUM.
