CLOSED DOWN IN OCTOBER 2007.
At the London Butterfly House in Syon Park, there are hundreds of free-flying butterflies in an exotic jungle setting. Giant spiders, leaf cutting ants, and many other small insects keep them company, nestling innocently among the tropical trees and shrubs.
Syon Park itself is a beautiful setting for an afternoon picnic and the tropical houses are truly impressive. Children of all ages will be absolutely thrilled by the extensive collection of poisonous spiders and scorpions... great stuff.
The Butterfly House is open daily from 10:00. Last admission is at 17:00 in summer and 15:30 in winter.
