The museum is situated at the northern end of Baker Street, at the exact address of Holmes' fictional apartment. The apartment, comprising two rooms, is on the first floor. The entire second and third floors and attic contain the exhibition area, featuring several life-size wax figures from the more exciting and best known Sherlock Holmes adventures.
