Nicholls and Clarke BuildingNicholls and Clarke Building. The disused Nicholls and Clarke Building was orginally used in the 1960s as a  showroom for the company's building materials and tiles. Although the Essex-based company continues today, its former showroom has become a temporary venue for large scale art exhibitions.
