Toynbee Studios hosts a range of theatre and dance performances and events, offering the chance to see works in development as well as the finished piece. A 280-seat theatre, four rehearsal spaces, a rooftop dance studio and the Arts Bar & Cafe all host performances and events throughout the year and there are also regular showcases, artists' talks and workshops. Since 1995 Toynbee Studios has been the home of Artsadmin which, in December 2009, celebrated its 30th birthday with a book, Artsadmin

Figgis, Lemn Sissay and Rosemary Lee - photographed by Hugo Glendinning,
