Visitor Information
The William Morris Society is a great place to find out more about English textile designer, poet and and socialist activist, William Morris, best known for his association with the British Arts and Crafts Movement. Based in the coach house and basement of Kelmscott House, overlooking the River Thames in Hammersmith, Morris's London home for the last eighteen years of his life, the society is open to all and honours the life, work and ideas of Morris as one of the greatest men of the Victorian age.
