Tucked away just off the high street of Wimbledon Village, the Fire Stables is the perfect place to dine, catch up over cocktails. Open seven days a week, it offers everything from a light lunch through to a three-course dinner - braised shin of beef and herb mash with lemon and herb carrots is a stand out dish. Wimbledon Tennis is just around the corner and it's a short walk to the famous All England Lawn Club so it's a good place to watch the tennis in the summer, along with a jug of Pimm's or a bottle of bubbly. Craft beers from Meantime, Brixton Brewery and Gypsy Hill Brewing Co are on offer along with craft draft like Young's IPA or Beavertown-Neck Oil IPA. Friday nights are for live music, they serve a decent Sunday Roast and Sunday nights from 7.30pm it's the pub quiz.
