This subterranean Soho music venue has played host to numerous big name acts since opening in the late '80s. Tiny and unbelievably intimate, you're guaranteed a decent view of the stage, and the eclectic line-up encompasses all musical styles. With post-gig club nights throughout the week The Borderline is truly is one of the most exciting small venues in the capital. Taken over by the DHP Family in 2017 - who also run Oslo in Hackney and The Garage in Islington - the venue has been given a revamp with a cocktail lounge area, tucked away in the corner, featuring brushed brass fittings and surfaces, burgundy and teal textures on the walls and soft furnishings. A great place to see both up-and- coming musicians and huge stars. R.E.M, Rage Against The Machine, PJ Harvey, Rolling Stones, Oasis and Eric Clapton have all graced the Borderline's stage.
