Ooze celebrates the versatility of risotto, a dish that can be prepared to a wide variety of tastes. Diners can choose a lighter and healthier balance or indulge in a more wholesome, rich option by specifying the degree of butter and parmesan cheese required.
The chefs at Ooze pay close attention to seasoning, and through using herbs and other natural ingredients significantly reduce the salt content of each dish. Fish, meat and vegetarian risottos are all represented well on the menu including a daily refreshed primavera option. Swordfish, Tuna, Chicken and Lamb choices from the Grills section of the menu are offset by a range of Super Salads and homemade pesto sides.
Ooze, aware of the time constraints of the busy London worker, offers patrons an Express Menu available between noon and five pm weekdays. The Express Menu features a selection of risottos, salads and fresh vegetable starters and Ooze ensures diners needing a fast turnaround can be seated, fed and paying the bill within thirty minutes if required.
The restaurant also offers a Children’s Menu comprising of a small starter, small risotto, ice cream and soft drink for £5 during the week and only £1 on Saturday.
Ooze has introduced traditional Italian risotto as an accessible lunchtime option to a London audience by preparing a take away menu.
