The Rasoi Restaurant has two function rooms; the largest can hold a maximum of 14 guests, the smallest is ideal for 8.
Chef Vineet Bhatia started out at the Star of India in South Kensington and his loyal fans - and anyone who likes Michelin starred food - have followed him from there to Zaika and on to Rasoi Vineet Bhatia. At Zaika, he was the first Indian chef restaurateur to have been awarded the prestigious Michelin star. Setting up his own ‘Rasoi’ (kitchen) along with his wife Rashima in 2004 earned him another star in 2006. This small restaurant, spread over two floors of a hundred year old Chelsea townhouse, has an intimate feel with the Jaipur and Udaipur rooms offering private dining upstairs. The setting maybe cosy but it's the food that makes the grand statement. If you opt for the Rasoi Gourmand menu you'll come away reeling from the aromatic flavours and reassessing what you thought Indian food should be.
