Venue hire at Crypt on the Green


Hire this venue for your own event - it has two function rooms the largest of which can hold a maximum of 200 guests and the smallest is ideal for 20.

The Crypt on the Green, underneath St James Church in Clerkenwell, is on the site of the first nunnery to be built in London dating back to 1100AD. The crypt, with its magnificent vaulted ceiling, was restored in 1993 and provides an attractive space large enough to accommodate 300 people standing and available for private hire.
