The Syon Park has seven function rooms; the largest can hold a maximum of 250 guests, the smallest is ideal for 30.
There have been gardens at Syon for over 500 years. They include herbaceous beds, a large lake, a rose garden with 100 different varieties of old-fashioned rose, and almost 200 species of tree. The restored Great Conservatory forms the centrepiece of this thirty acre park. A magnificent building of glass and stone, the conservatory has been replanted with a succession of plants throughout the summer, each with its own scented theme. The gardens themselves include a miniature steam railway which operates from April to October at weekends, Bank Holidays, and by arrangement.Syon Park images

Starting from Syon Park in Brentford, visit Fulmer and Burnham Beeches before stopping for lunch by the river at Marlow. The route then heads up into the Chiltern Hills and across Christmas Common to Chalgrove on the way to finish at Oxpens Meadows where there will be live music, refreshments and a beer tent.
