Aqua London at the Shard opens in May 2013.
If you're looking for dinner with a view, Aqua at the Shard occupying the 31st and 33rd floors of The Shard, should surely come in the top five. Divided between two floors - which straddle Zuma at The Shard on the 32nd floor - the restaurants come from the Hong Kong-based Aqua Restaurant Group, founded by David Yeo, who already have two stylish London restaurants, the Japanese Aqua Kyoto and Spanish Aqua Nueva on Regent Street where the Aqua Spirit bar also offers great views from its roof terrace. Details of Aqua's Shard restaurants are yet to be revealed although we do know that the two restaurants will be quite separate and will include a new concept. The restaurant on the 31st floor with its triple-height atrium sounds quite stunning.
