The successful Burger & Lobster chain opens a fourth branch, offering folks in the City the chance to sample the simple menu which has already built up a strong following - choose a burger, lobster or a lobster roll for £20. Judging by the success of its Mayfair, Soho and Farringdon branches, this outlet on Bread Street, next to the One New Change complex and opposite Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen, will be a huge hit. Unlike the other branches, this one doen't have its own lobster tank but apart from that, sensibly, the winning formula has not been changed. There's a large bar area where you can wait to be seated and a mixture of booths and tables in the main restaurant which seat around 100 people.
