The Butchies journey started at Broadway Market in 2014, four years on it arrived in Fulham's Market Halls - bringing one of the best street food traders from East London to West. Garrett Fitzgerald and his team have won awards for their fantastic fried buttermilk chicken sandwiches and wings, including their Buffalo hot wings. Once only found at markets and events around the UK, Butchies now has this permanent home in Market Halls, they're on the Rooftop of John Lewis for the summer and they've got a stand- alone restaurant in Shoreditch.
