Over ten years after she founded Bea's of Bloomsbury the Cordon Bleu trained chef, Bea Vo, is back with a different baked goods brand, Butterscotch. Initially launched online, delivering baked goods to homes and offices across London, Butterscotch in White City's Westworks development sells celebration cakes and signature bakes. The American influenced pastries are presented on a marble counter top laden with Buckeye Brownies, Snickerdoodle cookies, Snicker Fudge and Key Lime Pie cupcakes. Double stuffed croissants, cinnamon buns and madeleines appear on rotation, best when combined with freshly brewed coffee from speciality roasters Squaremile or a turmeric latte. Start the day at the porridge bar and pick one of five bases before choosing from over sixty toppings - fig bourbon compote, sea salted caramel sauce, and a whole host of seeds and cereals among them.
