The brainchild of Tom and Ed Martin of ETM Group, responsible for award-winning London venues including The Gun, The Botanist, The Cadogan Arms and The White Swan, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms is a modern British restaurant, complete with seven private dining rooms. Housed within the famous old Whitbread Brewery building, now the Montcalm City five star hotel, the restaurant and bar have been designed with an elegant and luxurious feel bringing country living to the city. Located on the corner of Milton Street and Chiswell Street, in the original home of the Whitbread brewery, the space is divided into three areas including a restaurant decorated with stylish leather tub chairs, banquettes and a colour palate of creams, greens and golds. There are also five private rooms, suitable for 10 to 100 people, and available to hire for a sit down meal or up to 250 for a standing reception.
