Cocorino is a swish gelato and focaccia bar (upmarket Italian sandwich and ice cream shop to me and you) in Marylebone. Located just around the corner from the Wallace Collection, Cocorino is superbly designed if a little bit cramped inside. There is counter space for customers to perch indoors and a few highly sought after al fresco tables outside. Owned by Linda Yau (sister of restaurateur Alan) and Francesco Mazzei (head chef at L'Anima), Cocorino specialises in a range of tasty but pricey focaccia sandwiches and paninis. There are also deli classics such as grilled aubergine, broccoli with almonds and chilli, pesto pasta, spicy baked chicken drumsticks and spinach quiche. The adjoining ice cream parlour boasts around 20 homemade gelati and sorbets including classics such as coconut, pistachio, chocolate and panna cotta with cherries, and some more lively flavours such as blueberry, pomegranate, plum, apricot and pear.Opening and closing times for Cocorino Gelateria and Focacceria
