No mere side dish here, HIPCHIPS promotes the humble potato crisp to hero ingredient and pairs the hand-made fries with savoury and sweet fresh dips, served on a conveyor belt. Scott Davis (Providores, Mirabelle, Fifty St James) gives his chips and dips the same care and attention usually reserved for fine dining. From Katsu curry and Baba Ganoush to Moroccan Yoghurt and pickled onion cheese fondue, these moreish dips are all made from the finest seasonal ingredients, and designed to mix, match and share with friends. He even goes so far as to pair the sliced potatoes with dessert dips. Sweet options include crisps dusted with cinnamon sugar and matched with 'pudding dips' like rhubarb and custard, S'mores and chocolate, and salted caramel.
