At Laya'Lina you get fine Lebanese food in the form of hot and cold mezze from traditional tabouleh to baba ghannuge where they give the aubergine a smoked flavour. If you can't decide, opt for a mezze selection (hot or cold) and you'll get a taste of everything including their hommus with chilli and coriander (recommended) and muhamara - ground walnuts lightly spiced. The mains are divided into fish, lamb, chicken and grilled dishes resulting in choices like slow cooked marinated lamb shaved from the rotisserie, served on bread and vegetables, and tender lamb loin pieces, char grilled on a bed of roasted vegetables and served with spicy tomato sauce and yoghurt salsa. But dining at Laya'Lina is not all about the food. By night, the cocktails are flowing and there's live entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from guitar music to belly-dancing which makes for a memorable night out.Laya'Lina images
