The popularity of Vietnamese restaurant Pho has rapidly increased and in early 2015 they opened their 14th branch. Located in Covent Garden, it continues the theme of previous outlets, with rapid service and a menu that consists of its signature Pho soup, a rich broth filled with meat, noodles and vegetables. Starters are mostly wraps and rolls while others mains include wok fried noodles and Vietnamese curry. There's a fun build-your-own element to both courses - the soups come with a sideplate of chillis, coriander, sweet basil and other flavourings that can be added as you go along, while you'll find yourself making your own wraps from lettuce leaves and sauces. This branch also offers takeaway, enabling customers to call ahead and pick up their order from a dedicated 'stable door'. With reasonable prices as well as healthy, hearty meals it's easy to see why Pho is so popular amongst Londoners.
