Afternoon Tea at Sexy Fish infuses the classic British concept with seasonal Japanese ingredients from a shot of matcha tea as an aperitif to the tuna brioche with wasabi mayo. Presented on a spectacular handmade tea stand inspired by the mystical creatures of the sea, both savoury and sweet bites are served in the creative Sexy Fish style that this Richard Caring restaurant is known for. Thai chicken sandwich, egg, cress and caviar and ham hock with truffle gunkan are among the savoury selections. They're followed by scones and sweet bites of lemon and yuzu tart, exotic dome with coconut and mango as well as white sesame macaron. JING loose leaf teas are on offer, hand-picked tea from across the world, but if you want to add a glass of Perrier-Jouet Champagne (and why wouldn't you?) your request will be seamlessly accommodated.
