Authentically Swedish but originating in Edinburgh, Soderberg has brought the Swedish concept 'fika' to Soho. Translated simply as 'coffee break', fika is an important part of Swedish culture and the coffee here is roasted in Sweden by Johan & Nystrom. Serving high quality food, Soderberg's menu includes open sandwiches, smorrebrod, bread and pastry as well as popular treats such as its signature Kardemummabulle (cardamom buns) and Kladdkaka (chocolate cake). Enjoy sit-in brunch and takeaway breakfast and lunch options, Scandi-inspired cocktails, natural wines and craft beer.
