Considered one of the market leaders for Japanese food in the Nordic region, the original Stick'n'Sushi is in Copenhagen with nine other branches throughout Denmark. Bringing the concept to central London, this Covent Garden branch is the second to open in the capital - the first being in Wimbledon. Designed by Diener & Diener Architects - the team behind the Copenhagen and Wimbledon restaurants - this branch continues the sleek Scandinavian décor while also boasting a unique sense of style. The ground floor is minimalistic, with exposed brickwork and a stony grey colour palette, while downstairs there's a sushi bar and yakitori bar. Diners can expect the same menu options as the other branches, with a range of fresh sushi, yakitori skewers and Japanese salads to choose from. As well as a number of Japanese inspired cocktails.
