The Cheese Truck is where is all started for Mathew Carver, the brains behind conveyor belt cheese restaurant Pick & Cheese at Seven Dials Market and The Cheese Bar in Camden. The cheese-y business started out in 2014 as a food truck selling high quality toasted cheese sandwiches. Dishes sold from the truck, which travels to different venues across the capital, include their famous Coolea and Kingham fondue with new potatoes and cornichons to dip; whole Baked Waterloo with garlic and thyme braised onions and chilli honey; Young Buck Blue Cheese Raclette with salt beef, leek, potatoes and truffle honey, as well as a comforting macaroni cheese. For those looking to recreate some of The Cheese Bar's signature dishes at home, DIY kits are also available to pre-order from the truck. You'll find the shiny yellow trucks - there are two of them - at Maltby Street in Bermondsey, Peckham Rye Common , Greenwich Market and Victoria Park .
