From The Cube by Electrolux on top of the Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall diners can enjoy panoromic views and food cooked by changing rosta of Michelin starred chefs. Open for four months, from 1st June until 30th September 2012, The Cube must be one of the most unusual pop-up restaurants in London. Six of the UK's top Michelin star chefs including Sat Bains (the two Michelin starred chef), Claude Bosi (Hibiscus), Daniel Clifford, Scottish chef Tom Kitchin (owner of restaurant The Kitchin and the youngest winner of a Michelin star) and brothers Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias will take a turn in the open kitchen, cooking for a table of just 18 guests at a time. If you ever wondered how top chefs create their culinary masterpieces, this is the once-in-a-lifetime experience for you. Not only do you get to watch your food being created you can also go into the kitchen, talk to the chefs, pick up hints and tips, and even help put the finishing touches to your meal.
