A more casual cousin of The Ivy, The Ivy Cafe in Marylebone is made for all-day dining with its cafe-style menu which includes breakfast, elevenses, brunch, lunch, afternoon snacks, cream tea and dinner. Encouraging walk-ins for morning meetings or working lunches, menu highlights include toasted crumpets served with Marmite for breakfast, or chicken liver parfait with toasted ciabatta for lunch. The a la carte menu also offers roasted butternut squash with buckwheat salad, and lobster risotto with fennel, lemon and tomato. Because the menu is all-day, desserts can double up for elevenses and tea. Sweet cravings can be satisfied with mini salted caramel balls or melting chocolate bombe with milk foam, vanilla ice cream and hot salted caramel sauce. Six specially concocted cocktails - including the Negroni tasting set and Espresso Martini - give classic favourites a twist while interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio include an antique brass top bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles and vintage red leather banquettes.
