From the people who brought you Pergola Olympia and Pergola Paddington, The Prince takes the same winning formula and bases it around a pub garden. In and around the fairytale garden of The Prince you'll find two bars, four restaurants and 800 seats, all centred on an enclosed pergola garden with an electric retractable roof. So, at the press of a button, they can open up the main half of the garden to the sky, creating a suntrap when the sun shines. The food side of things works just like the Pergolas - it's self serve from food kiosks - and choices includes Homeslice pizza slices, fried and grilled chicken from Jefferies, a new concept from the guys behind Patty & Bun who also deliver their delicious burgers alongside old favourites Edu who specialise in tapas dishes. Seasonal cocktails focus on fruity and refreshing blends, including ice cold Frose (frozen rose), gin botancials, summer spritzers and bottled Peroni.
