Tike is an authentic Turkish restaurant in the City which originally began in 1998 in Levent, Istanbul. Since setting up their first restaurant the four cousins from Adana who together make up Tasty Med have expanded their Tike restaurants to reach beyond Turkey into Greece, Ukraine and now England. Tike serves traditional "charcoal grilled" barbequed lamb and chicken kebabs, authentic appetizers and fresh salads as well as pide (a Turkish staple which loosely translates as Turkish Pizza) from the fire wood oven. As well as the traditional Turkish dishes there are Mediterranean influences evident in choices like humus served with flat bread and feta and pomegranate salad. Located within the Lloyds Register building, a stunning Richard Rogers-designed venue with large windows to the front, Tike is spread over two floors with a bar area on the ground floor.Location map of Tike
