Located right in the heart of Somerset House, the second Tom's Kitchen opened the doors on in September 2010. The Tom's Kitchen chain comes with high praise: Diplomat Magazine claimed that it "should be exported as an example of the best of British" whilst Time Out voted it as the best breakfast in London. The restaurant (replacing The Admiralty) features the same familiar and heartening dishes as Tom's Kitchen in Chelsea and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Available on the menu is sorts of classic British fare: from fish and chips to 7-hour braised shoulder of lamb. The ground floor brasserie has three adjoining rooms and enjoys a rustic and informal style of dining.
