"Plant-based comfort food as nourishing for the soul and it is for the body", that's how co-founder Reuven Cohen describes the vegan burger cafe he set up with Amir Wayman. With a menu developed by Yossi Edri, responsible for running four kitchens at vegetarian stalwart The Gate, VBurger replaces beef with vegan patties made with beetroot, falafel and seitan schnitzel which you can top and tail with optional vegan cheese or avocado. Supplement with sides of skin-on fries, sweet potato wedges and coleslaw salad and satisfy your sweet tooth with chocolate brownies and date and cocoa energy balls. Fast food to cater for the growing numbers of vegan food fans.
