Watatsumi is a high end Japanese restaurant at the prestigious Club Quarters Hotel, located just off Trafalgar Square right in the heart of London. Tradition Japanese ingredients and techniques are used to create bold new recipes, contemporary flavour combinations and innovative presentation. The sushi bar offers all the classic sashimi, nigiri sushi, maki and temari rolls that any Japanese food lover would wish for. The hot kitchen serves classic tempura, oshitashi and a selection of yakitoris alongside, amongst other dishes, tofu and mushroom salad, wagyu beef and sautéed prawn and lobster.
