After the success of the inaugural Wild Food Café in Neal's Yard, a second branch has opened in Islington. The superb vegetarian restaurant serves up an array of raw dishes, offering a daily changing menu of salads, sandwiches and mains. Example dishes include a BBQ jackfruit open sandwich, a Bombay beach burger, courgette spaghetti and squash bruschetta. The desserts are a real highlight, with raw chocolate, lemon and white chocolate tarts demonstrating that pudding can taste devilish but be sin free. The drinks menu includes a range of smoothies, juices, health shots and hot specialities including innovative options such as the pistachio matcha and golden turmeric chamomile.
