Raclette, croque monsieur and hot cocktails are served at Woody Bear, the winter rooftop pop up taking over the Oxford Street space that was summer hit Sisu. From 1st November 2017 you can enjoy melted cheese and a seriously boozy eggnog, served in a retro flask, from the comfort of a repurposed fairground tea-cups. Fashioned to look like an abandoned urban fairground, there are animal see-saws, swings and log tables while glass panels, heaters and blankets keep the chill away. Food comes from croque monsieur street food vendors Madame & Monsieur - choose from Le French, Le Swiss or Le Welsh - also on the menu is the melty raclette on potatoes, served from a 6kg wheel, as well as charcuterie boards and salads. Book into the private hut for 20 and you'll get a Christmas party complete with a self-serve coin-operated cocktail dispenser to keep the hot gin punch flowing.
